"I had issues with the monitor upon setup - I was unable to get the parent unit to stay connected when I was more than a few feet from the camera. I reached out to customer service and worked with Ravit and had the best experience! Ravit sent a replacement parent unit and walked us through the whole process. "Have had this monitor almost a year and have used it every day! Super easy to set up and easy to use. Battery for the monitor stays charged and unless I have the brightness up and leave the screen on I don’t normally have to charge it for a few days. I ran into an issue and reached out to customer service recently and was shocked how quickly they replied. They addressed my issue and helped try to troubleshoot and resolved the problem in just 2 emails. I really appreciate their help and support."

"This is a great little baby monitor. you get a lot of features for your money, with both nightlight, music and whitenoise. Super easy set up, and no issues with signal og image. Only negative for me is that there isn't a way to turn the nightlight on and off on the actual light, you can only turn it on and off on the monitor. This has led to us often forgetting to turn it off after settling baby, or forgetting to turn it on before going in to the room. A touch function on the light itself would be a big help. I also wish that there was an option to purchase a mount for the crib, if you don't have the option to mount it on the wall. But all in all a great baby monitor, that does everything it promises. I definitely understand why this is so highly rated, and would recommend to others looking for a good, easy to use baby monitor."

Trying to find a replacement battery for this monitor, looked at the manual and typed in what battery they said it was and nothing comes up
The HDS2 is a sealed unit that comes with a pre-installed battery. You cannot change the battery.
Does this come with a Uk plug or isit American?

Can I the camera be mounted on the wall for a better view from above the room?
sure, we provide a wall mounting kit
Does the range extend outside. I run a dog kennel and if I'm in the yard will the range still work ? I have bought baby monitors before that would disconnect if I went outside so I am skeptical about making this purchase for that reason.
That depends on the distance and also on how many walls or other objects there are between the parent unit and the camera.
