Stopped charging after 18 months
"While we enjoy the entire system. We have had to replace a charging cord and then the monitor after 18 months of use. Discouraging that the system doesn’t last longer. Customer service did replace the cord for free and provided a discount code to buy a new monitor. Made me hesitant to continue with this system for our second child given his lack of longevity. Picture is clear."

"Sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf. Bildschirmauflösung ist sehr zufriedenstellend, selbst nachts ist die Bildqualität sehr gut und man erkennt alles. Reichweite ist auch ausreichend für unsere Bedürfnisse. Dicke Wände und geht dank der Antenne über zwei Stockwerke. Ausschlaggebend war der Split screen für beide Kameras. Wurde auch im Freundeskreis bereits weiterempfohlen."

"Two years ago at my baby shower, I was gifted the Babysense HD S2: Video Baby Monitor with 2 Cameras. Installation was pretty straight forward. The video quality is pretty clear; although I always wished it zoomed in more so I could my son breathe. The monitor is easy to operate. A year and a half later after my warranty expired, the cameras started making a white noise that wasn’t the featured “baby white noise”. Customer service was easily reached and accommodated me with a free 2 camera a cord replacement. Soon after I started hearing the same white noise from the monitor. Once again, customer service was very responsive. This time, I was instructed to purchase a new monitor and was provided a discount code. Soon I discovered, the monitor wasn’t the issue, rather the cord needed replaced due to a recall. Much like the cameras cords. Customer service not only allowed me to return the monitor with a full refund, but reimbursed me for the shipping fees. I must say, I haven’t had GREAT customer service such as this in over a decade. Thank you!"

"We got this monitor and two cameras when we had our second child and it was a great purchase. (I bought another monitor when I broke the first after dropping it 😣). The clarity on the screen was leaps and bounds ahead of what we used previously. When the battery is low it will beep so you know to plug it in when you’re post partum and tried and thus didn’t remember. Also has nice settings for when you want to be notified of noises coming from baby depending on your ability to wake up to noises. Would recommend to any parent!"

Love the product, have been using the double camera for 1 year and the clarity of the image and different settings you can choose are great. Sadly my 3 year old decided the minitor was a boat and it had a swim in the sink, hence ordering a new monitor, it linked with the cameras no problem. Highly recommend"
Best baby monitor hands down
"We first ordered the Baby sense monitor in 2020 while pregnant with my 2nd child. We used that monitor until recently as my 2nd child has special needs and continues to need supervision overnight. After almost 5 years of daily use the sound started to cut out and the battery wasn't staying charged. It was a no brainer to buy a new monitor (the camera still works just fine) because this is literally the best system we've ever used, and we've gone through 4 or 5 different ones over the years. I highly highly recommend it."

- The V65 cameras do not pair with any of our other model's parent units.
- If we get an extra parent unit can we get the same feed from one camera on both?
- A camera cannot be paired to more than 1 parent unit at a time. You can pair up to 4 cameras to one parent unit. The monitor is supplied with 1 or 2 cameras. You can buy additional add-on cameras and pair them to the same parent unit.
